About Us

TNN Beauty Apprenticeship Barber & Cosmetology offers students classroom and on-the-job training, permitting students to work under a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist. Unlike Barber college and Beauty school, students receive an Apprentice License to work in a licensed establishment, then have the opportunity to Earn-while-you-Learn.

Apprenticeship Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, completed 10th grade, have an SSN or ITIN, Government Photo ID and the ability to work full time. The program spans 3200 On-the-Job Training (OJT) Hours and 250 Related Training Hours (RTH) over the course of 2 years.
